Crown Plastics Looks to NextLevel Business in Cincinnati to Help Double Sales Revenue & Profits

Harrison, OH- Recognizing a strategic need to increase sales & profits among their worldwide distributors, Cincinnati based Crown Plastics Company entered into a long-term partnership agreement with Jack Kaser, CEO of NEXTLevel Business in 2008 to develop a systematized process that will drive new sales revenues.

Crown's CEO, Gary Ellerhorst said "We sell our products through distributors worldwide and have never done a good job communicating with them. Our marketing efforts have been home-grown at best and we've never had a real marketing strategy in place. It's costing us millions of dollars in lost revenue and we knew we needed help. That's why we partnered with Jack Kaser & his team at NEXTLevel. Within the first 30-days of engagement, they helped us define our competitive advantage and developed a systematized growth strategy blueprint that encompassed our entire sales & marketing process. NEXTLevel is now in the process of executing the initiative and traveling throughout North America with Pete Ellerhorst educating & training our distributors on our competitive advantage. We are on track to double sales revenue in the next few years at much higher profits."

Founded in 1973 by Robert Ellerhorst, Crown Plastics has grown to become the worlds largest manufacturer of thin-gauge UHMW-PE. "Most people know us for our thin gauge UHMW tapes" said Pete Ellerhorst, Crown's newly appointed Director of Partner Development. "What they don't know is that we own 80% of world marketshare for the snow sports industry. We produce the sintered base technology for manufacturers like Burton, K2, Ride, NeverSummer etc. All of the snow boards that are winning the Olympics, are basically riding on our reputation" said Ellerhorst.

"Talk about rapid change, Jack Kaser wasted no time getting his arms around our problems. NEXTLevel has launched a very aggressive sales & marketing initiative for Crown. Together, I have traveled nearly 10,000 miles in 5-months, mostly on the ground, with Jack rolling out our new strategy. We have seen an immediate impact and distributor sales have increased literally overnight--even in a down economy. To say the least, it's going to be a very busy year for all of us. My wife's not too excited about me not being home but she realizes it's in the best interest for Crown" Pete summarized.
