Transitioning from Kaser Communications Advertising…to Synergy Group…   to NEXTLevel Business

In 1984, Jack Kaser founded Kaser Communications Advertising in Dayton, Ohio. The design firm specialized in the development & execution of creative marketing programs that included direct mail marketing, audio visual programs, corporate identity, trade publication advertising, print & trade show exhibit design. The firm grew to serve five Fortune 500 organizations and over 200 small businesses.

In 1990, Jack was awarded the City of Dayton’s- "Small Business Entrepreneur of the Year" for outstanding business leadership and community involvement. Eight years later, in an effort to compete and grow into a larger metropolitian market, Kaser Communications Advertising was moved to Cincinnati, OH and created a business partnership with a former client.

A Tribute to RACO Industries 

Jack Kaser developed a business partnership with Rob Adams, the co-owner & CEO of RACO Industries in Cincinnati. RACO was a former client of Kaser Communications Advertising in the 80's & 90's. Under the new partnership, Kaser Communications Advertising changed its name to Synergy Group, a marketing & technology company.

Synergy Group became a division of RACO Industries, a world leader in the distribution of barcode products & technology. Jack was named President and was managing partner of Synergy Group.

In 2002, Synergy Group’s partnership ended with RACO Industries and Jack formed a new company called NEXTLevel Business. Today, out of respect for the past opportunities we have been blessed with, it is with extreme honor we give thanks to those who have helped nurture our incredible journey as a company.

A true entrepreneur with great vision. Dissolving a business partnership is difficult. In the beginning, you enter the relationship similar to a marriage. When it doesn't work out, and you fail to achieve long-term sustainability, it's painful. Today, I choose only to look at the positive attributes that were experienced together, and give thanks for those fond memories", Kaser concluded.

What emerged is now known as NEXTLevel Business, LLC.
