The strategic brand building solutions he has developed for small businesses, emerging growth, and Fortune 500 corporations has generated more than a billion dollars in sales for his clients. Jack has experience in: aerospace; automotive; building & architectural design; computer hardware & software; electronics & electrical products; financial services; healthcare; industrial manufacturing; media; medical equipment; printing; real estate; retail; and telecommunications.

He is recognized as a leading expert on online and offline marketing and marketing analytics. From Sweeping Floors, Emptying the Trash and Painting…to Vice President & Creative Director

Growing up in an advertising agency family gave Jack a great education in the art of brand building. His father was a talented ad agency executive and partner in the mid 60’s with Tom Patterson, a family member of John H. Patterson- - Founder of NCR Corporation. In 1970, Mr. Kaser founded Franklin Creation Group, a full service agency. At age 13, Jack’s father hired him to do janitorial services around his agency. By the time he was 15, he had been fired 3-times. It has been said that Jack and his father had an estranged relationship. Upon graduating from college, and for the next 4-years, Jack went to work in the marketing department for two Fortune 500 companies before joining his father’s ad agency in 1980. There, he painfully worked his way up to Vice President & Creative Director and led the firm in account profitability.

In 1984, Jack left his father’s agency, ignited his own entrepreneurial passion, and started Kaser Communications Advertising. By 1990, Jack was chosen Small Business Entrepreneur of the Year. He has gone on to start several highly successful marketing companies since 1984. As CEO of Next Level Business™, one of the most rewarding aspects of Jack’s position is helping small business entrepreneurs maximize their full potential. Jack has dedicated his entire career to coaching in almost every conceivable market helping owner/entrepreneurs operate more efficiently and effectively, and increase their bottom-line profits.

Born in Dayton, OH, Chad grew up in Centerville where his said his parents taught him the meaning of life, a hard work ethic, and a never to quit mentality. According to Chad, “Kaser’s don’t quit”, will forever ring in his ears. Just like his father, he was brought up in an executive advertising and brand-building family. The philosophy he lives by is “Work hard, play hard, experience life”. Since graduating from Miami University, he has achieved success early. He purchased his first home at age 24 and resides in Hyde Park, an upscale suburb of Cincinnati. Chad has a personality that easily gets along with everyone and enjoys having fun. He likes going out for a nice steak and good bottle of wine, but is loves to cook his own. His activities include; playing basketball; baseball; football; golfing; camping; hiking; boating; snowboarding; and working out. He’s also a Bengals and Reds fan and puts a lot of sweat equity into remodeling his home (yep, Jack-of-all-trades).



Work’s Hard & Makes His Own Tracks

Chad’s introduction and passion for the marketing industry came from his father. In an effort to obtain the best education possible, Chad attended Miami University, one of the top business colleges in the nation. It was there he obtained a solid foundation to build on. In his senior year, Chad was selected to join two elite marketing project teams hosted by Cintas Corporation and Procter & Gamble. Educated in advertising, interactive marketing, brand-building, and market research strategies, Chad graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from the Richard T. Farmer School of Business.

By self-financing a portion of his Miami education, Chad had to climb out from the abyss of debt that became a quick reality. He knew with a strong work ethic and innovative thinking process, he could find a way to build a business that would do just that. So in 2005, he tackled the mortgage industry. Chad quickly excelled managing nearly $15 million in mortgages in less than three years. As one of the top ten producers in the company year- after-year, Chad contributed to his company being chosen a “FAST 55” (fastest growing, privately-held) Cincinnati firm. Looking to expand his business even further, he became a top listing real estate agent for a highly respected company. Chad understands the power and strategy for creating customers for life and is reaping the early benefits of building a referral based business.

Chad considers himself a New Business Development machine. Over the last three years he calculates making approximately 29,820 new business calls. That’s an average of 42 calls/day x 5 days/week x 50 weeks/year, (He may have had 2-weeks off each year) for the last 142 weeks. I guess you could say this is a sneak peak at how extremely analytical Chad can be.

As Director of Client Services for Next Level Business™, Chad isresponsible for building and sustaining client relationships across all market channels. He is skilled in the development and execution of strategic marketing programs the build bottom-line profits for small business entrepreneurs.
